Q. How can I place an order?

A. Once you find that perfect light, simply click "Add to Cart" that beneath the price. From there, you may continue shopping or click on "Checkout Now" to complete your shopping. Once you are checking out, enter your address. If this address is different to your billing address, fill out your separate billing address below and make sure you click the `no` box to indicate that your addresses are not the same. Don't forget to enter your current e-mail address. Then click to proceed to the next screen. Then fill out your name as it appears on your credit card and your credit card number, plus the last 3 or 4 digit security code, expiration date, payment method and whether it is Visa, MasterCard. For a copy of your order, you may print your order prior to paying. We will also email you a confirmation. For your protection, we verify your credit card information.

Q. What payment methods does your online store accept?

A. Our online store usually accepts VISA, MasterCard. Your card will be debited when we can confirm shipping time. You will be given the option via e-mail to cancel your order or to wait for any item that may be temporarily out of stock or backordered. Backorders will be debited to your credit card at the time the item is shipped. We DO NOT accept personal checks.

Q. How can I check the status of my order?

A. After placing your order with us, you will receive an Email message confirming receipt of your order. Many orders ship the next business day, but some orders take a few days to ship. Out of stock items will take longer. We will update you via e-mail if unable to receive your item(s) within 2 to 4 weeks from the date of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please email us. Please note, if you do not log-in/register as a user before going through the checkout process, you will not be able to track your order online. However, an email will be sent to you with tracking number(s) as soon as we know your item(s) have shipped.

Q. Are my credit card and other account information secure?

A. Yes. Our secure software encrypts all your personal information including credit card number, name, address and phone number. Our software utilizes "Secure Socket Layer" or SSL technology used by other major retailers. Our online store will never sell or lease your personal customer information.

Q. Why do I need to register my customer profile?

A. Our online store collects certain customer information such as your name, address, phone number, email address, etc. to help us serve you better. We guarantee absolute privacy with any information given. We will never sell or lease your personal information.

Q. How do the prices compare to other internet retailers?

A. We monitor our competitor's websites and adjust our prices accordingly. Please also include your contact information. Please note that our LOW PRICE GUARANTEE does not apply to clearance, auction, refurbished, factory seconds or items which are not the website's regular merchandise. Once verified, we are usually glad to match the competitor's price and shipping, provided we can cover our costs. We do not price match against websites who are in violation of the manufacturer's minimum pricing policy and we recommend you do not purchase from those websites. We only sell first quality merchandise at tremendous value.

Q. Can I place an order without using the internet?

A. Yes. You can print out your order, and fax/mail your order to us along with mailing your cashiers check or money order. Please DO NOT send a personal check, we do not accept them. Please have your credit card and item's style available prior to calling.

Q. How does your online store deliver my items to me?

A. Most items are shipped via FedEx. In-stock items ship from our warehouse located in Madison, WI. Out of stock items will ship directly from the manufacturer. We process your order within 24 hours. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Most items will ship within 2 weeks. As always, we will notify you via e-mail if the normal delivery time cannot be met. Please inspect your items when you receive them, late returns will entail a restocking fee.

Q. Do you guarantee prices for any period of time?

A. We strive to provide great products at low prices. The only time our prices change is to reflect changes in pricing from the manufacturers. Also, we pass any savings on to you if a manufacturer reduces the cost of an item.

Q. Are your prices accurate?

A. We work hard to make sure all prices shown on our site are the lowest allowable prices we can sell online. We reserve the right to not fulfill an order due to a price typo. We would never intentionally display a price that is unusually low just to attract attention.

Q. Can your online store send me a catalog of all your products?

A. Our website is our entire catalog available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Please feel free to print images and product information from our website for your personal use.
